Q:Can I just make one orde with normal products and customizable products in the same order?
If managing two carts feels like too much hassle, we can simplify the process for you:
1） Just order the standard version of the customizable product (same SKU).
2） Leave us a note in your order or email us, letting us know which products should have your logo added to the packaging.
3）Send us your high-resolution logo file via email, and we’ll take care of the customization for you!
Q:Can I place both standard and private label orders, have them shipped together, and receive a refund for the shipping cost difference?
Absolutely! If you prefer to keep standard and private label orders separate, but want them shipped together, we can combine shipping to save you money. Any shipping cost difference will be refunded to you.
